We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Personalized Items
Please note that customized, personalized, or monogrammed items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can make it right.
